Refund Policy


We do our best to ensure that our products are of top-notch quality. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and cite your order number/product name and reason for returns. For defects, please take a photo of the item and send it to us. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Downloadable software products * Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Toy/plush with obvious signs of use, stains or damage * Book with obvious signs of use * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the same amount or a shopping voucher for the equivalent value will automatically be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Product exchanges are subject to availability. If the product you want is no longer available, we are happy to exchange it for something of a similar value Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. For credit card refunds, it may often take as long as 45-60 days for the bank to process the reversal. Please be patient and do not keep pressing us for a reply after your refund has been approved. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, you may contact us at Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (due to defects, if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective by manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and contact us within 7 days of delivery to request for a return address. Exchanges (due to change in preferences, if applicable) If the exchange is for an item of higher value, a top up in value has to be done before we mail out the replacement. If the exchange is for an item of a lower value, no refunds will be applicable. We will accept items which are undamaged and in their original plastic wrapping. Where wrappings are not applicable, we will require visual inspection to ensure the product tags and state of the item is in its original state before we allow such an exchange. We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for replacing items should they be lost in transit. Postage for returns due to change in preferences will be borne by the customer. * For returns of >$80 in a single order, an administrative fee of $10 will be applicable. * Please note that engraved/customized items are strictly not refundable or exchangeable because they are one of a kind specially made for each customer. Returns (due to other reasons e.g. wrong address given, rejected by recipient, if applicable) If items are returned due to wrong/incomplete addresses given, we will attempt redelivery with the right address. Additional fees may apply. We strongly encourage delivery by DHL express for overseas orders to prevent delays. If customers would like to refund their order due to wrong/incomplete address issues, refunds will be made after deducting all postage costs involved for any deliveries or re-deliveries made. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should contact us within 7 days of delivery and request for a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for replacing items should they be lost in transit. In some cases, we will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we have verified that the product is faulty. On a case by case basis, such cost of shipping replacement products will be borne by us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping Information


We want to get your orders to you as fast as we can and where possible, we typically pack and send out orders received within the same day or 3 working days. During peak festive seasons, delays may be expected.

Domestic Shipping

We provide delivery to anywhere within Singapore. The following options are available: * Courier Delivery (2-3 working days) Recommended option for all orders to ensure fast and safe delivery. A tracking number will be available for online tracking. * Registered Mail by SingPost (3-7 working days) Prices subjected to change by item's bulk weight and postal provider's prevailing rates. A tracking number will be available for online tracking. * Normal Mail Not recommended for valuable items. Although this would be the cheapest option, we do not suggest customers to opt for this method due to its unforeseenable risks involved. Tracking will not be available. Any mails lost due to this option will not be compensated. * Cash On Delivery (COD) For large orders above S$300, we offer cash on delivery as an option. Please email us if you have questions.

International Shipping

* Registered postal mail worldwide (10-21 working days) (shipping fees starting from US$3.50. Overseas postal may reach recipients in 10-21 working days. We encourage you to select express international courier shipping to ensure fast and assured delivery. This mode of delivery comes with a tracking number and the status of the delivery can be checked via our tracking engine. In some cases, there may be a need to contact your local post office to track your shipment once it reaches your country. *** For UAE customers, you need to provide a PO Box number for postal mail otherwise Emirates Post will reject the delivery and return it to us. * DHL Express International Courier (3-5 working days) [Recommended] Shipping fees vary from country to country. If you would like to request for a lower shipping fee for your country, please contact us.
Customs/Import Taxes/Duties/VAT
Orders shipping outside of Singapore may be subject to the import taxes of your country. International customers are responsible for any import taxes incurred by importing goods. These charges are beyond our control. We cannot mark packages as “gifts”, and cannot mark the value of the package less than what it actually is to evade customs charges. It is required by law that we state the full value and description of contents of your order directly on the outside of your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Depending on your country and the unpredictability of customs, delivery times may vary.
